In this case series, we present 3 patients with primary systemic AL amyloidosis and GI involvement. Endoscopic findings in primary AL amyloidosis are not limited to polypoid protrusions with thickened mucosal folds and nodularity, but may include friable mucosa, ulceration, and submucosal hematoma. Gastroenterologists should be familiar with these findings, as they may be the first suggestion of disease and allow for definitive diagnosis. ER -
